From a novice water burner, how do you make them? They sure look good.

I used this recipe (minus the onions, water, and brown sugar) plus about a half cup of cheese crumbles mixed in for the meat. Then I wrapped them in Pizza dough. Brush with olive oil, then cooked 25 minutes on 375 and 6 more on 425.
The two temperatures are to get the inside done, then brown the outside.
Oh, and for garnish, I put a tomatoe ontop the meat before i sealed it.
